The Op Shop
The Op Shop has been the destination in Georgetown for antiques, fine art and design since 1933. Here you will find unique treasures - donated and on consignment - that help support the work of the Christ Child Society, serving those who need help in the Washington, DC area since 1887.
With new items coming in each and every week, we hope you find the latest addition to your home with us. From vintage costume jewelry and china on our first floor, Asian items, silver and fine jewelry on our second floor, there are items for every occasion.

Christ Child Society
The Christ Child Society is a membership based non profit, serving the needs of children in the DC area. Since 1887, the DC Chapter has been meeting the material, educational, and emotional needs of children and families through our professional programs and volunteer effort.
The Op Shop
The Christ Child Society Opportunity Shop provides ongoing financial support to the Society's Programs. Every purchase of a donated or consigned item provides essential support for:
Beloved Babies Layette
Provides material assistance to babies born to low-income mothers. Each layette contains newborn essentials to ensure a healthy start in life.
Girls on the Rise Program
A multi-faceted empowerment program for girls in Ward 8 and their families. the program provides safe, and enriching after school and summer camp programs for girls ages 8-18.
Student Success Program
Helps make children more available for, and comfortable with, learning. Education services include: tutoring, early literacy and adopt-a-school initiatives.
