Likely a copy of a Giovanni da Bologna (1529-1608) sculpture. Fortuna stands atop a plinth featuring Boreas, the god of the north wind, whose breath propels her. Reproductions like these were very popular as souvenirs for travelers in the 19th century Grand Tour.
