Gilt porcelain cabinet plate with Sevres-style decoration and marks, circa 1900. Decoration features Napoleon III cypher at center flanked by two putti in handpainted enamels with signature "Debriy". Central scene is surrounded by a colored ground with a gilt oak leaf border. Several marks to base: overglaze green blank reading "S. 46", overglaze Sevres gilding stamp dated 1868, overglaze "Chateau des Tuileries" stamp, and red handwritten "France" signature. Unlike the other plates of this group, this example lacks the underglaze green mark with overpainted gilt.
